Industrivärden on March 23, 2006, purchased 150,000 Class B shares in Höganäs, corresponding to 0.34 percent of the company's votes and 0.43 percent of its capital stock. Following this purchase Industrivärden's total holding amounts to 3,550,000 Class B shares, corresponding to 8.08 percent of the votes and 10.11 percent of the capital stock.
