Industrivärden’s mission is to conduct long-term value-creating asset management through active ownership. The mission is based on Industrivärden’s relative strengths, including a long-term investment perspective, depth of knowledge and experience in active ownership, a strong position of influence, financial strength and an extensive network.
Industrivärden’s product is an asset management service in the form of the Company’s stock, which is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange’s (Nasdaq Stockholm) large cap list. The Company is active in the asset management sector.
Industrivärden’s market is global, and foreign ownership in the Company amounts to approximately 20% of the capital stock. However, most of the shareholders are Swedish entities and private persons.
Most of the capital stock is owned by Swedish institutions, corresponding to 64% of the capital stock. Most of the shareholders (in terms of number) are Swedish private persons, who own approximately 17% of the capital stock. Industrivärden works in a global market, and from a Swedish perspective the Company’s market share depends on a specific interest’s selected investment universe.
