Equity transactions during the year

  • In February 2013 the entire holding in Höganäs was sold for SEK 1.4 billion to H Intressenter AB, a company jointly owned by Lindéngruppen and Foundation Asset Management. Industrivärden’s total return during the holding period was 100%.
     
  • In February 2013 it was also announced that Industrivärden will be a new, long-term owner of ICA, one of the leading retail companies in the Nordic region. The ownership stake will amount to 10% of the votes and capital. The total investment amounts to SEK 2.4 bn.
