Industrivärden is one of the leading holding companies in the Nordic area. Although our organization is small and flexible, the matters we work with are large. Today we have substantial ownership stakes in several Nordic corporations. Our goal is to influence the companies in our portfolio through active ownership and thereby give our shareholders the best possible return. Through a professional organization and an extensive contact network in the capital market, we are constantly evaluating ideas for new investments of various sizes.

Conducting professional investment activities and active ownership requires knowledgeable, committed employees. Therefore at Industrivärden we attach great importance to new recruitment, and we always pick our employees from a broad base of candidates. Some twenty people work at our corporate headquarters in central Stockholm.
